Job Title: People Services Business Partner
Reports to: Director, People Services
This HR business partner (HRBP) position serves as a consultant to both management and employees on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as a resource and advisor to employees and managers. The role listens, advises, and reports on HR-related issues to the People Services Leadership Team. Communicating needs proactively to the People Services Team, the HRBP works with the People Services Leadership Team to develop and champion integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across shared services to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of Human Resources expertise, as well as business literacy and knowledge about Aveanna’s culture and its competition.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand
Approximately 10%, travel is local during the business day with occasional overnight travel as needed
